## What we do

- **AI recruitment.** We source, interview and score AI operators against a structured
  capability rubric, then place the right tier of operator into your business as a full-time
  employee.
- **Who we place.** Operators who build and run AI and automation inside a live business —
  not advisors. Tiers range from AI Orchestrator (small business, practical automation) through
  AI Officer (50-500 staff, multi-agent systems, drives adoption) to Chief Agent Officer
  (enterprise, C-suite, complex architecture).
- **Who we serve.** Australian businesses from small operators through to enterprise, across
  ecommerce, construction, health, professional services and trades.

## Common questions

**What is a Chief Agent Officer?** A dedicated, full-time operator who owns the AI and
automation layer of a business end to end — building agents and workflows, integrating them
with existing systems, and remaining accountable for the outcomes. Reports to the CEO, not to
the tech team.

**How is this different from hiring a consultant?** A consultant advises and leaves. The
operator we place is employed by your business, works only for you, and stays accountable for
what they build.

**Do you serve businesses outside major cities?** Yes. We are based in Milton, Brisbane and
recruit and place across all of Australia.

**How do you vet candidates?** Every candidate is interviewed and scored against a structured
rubric covering technical depth, operational judgement, strategic communication, bias to
action, cultural fit and AI ethics.
